Wow, how's that for a cryptic title for the masses?! 
This was a piece done for the 2300 AD RPG, illustrating a single-stage-to-orbit craft in a rather stylized form. If I were to do this one today I would not have made it a vertical lifter, but.... heh... it's still decent eye candy.

FYI Everyone - Just built and flew this bad boy in Kerbal Space Program. The crew survived the mission even though I had to ditch a flew klicks shy of the runway, but I call that a win!
