Cyberlife preliminary by Rob-Caswell Cyberlife preliminary by Rob-Caswell
This image is based on an older cyberpunk character image of mine (that Drell-7 doubtless remembers), tweaked slightly due to the twenty years of passing time between inspiration and final :) As such I'd say, apologetically, that this is vision of the future rooted in the 80's or early 90's.... so... "retropunk'?

This setting uses some of the props from Stonemason's new Urban Future 4, but the bulk of bits are from his various other sets (Walled City, Greeble City Blocks, and his Dystopian City Furniture freebie). The character's bits are from... all over the place :)

This image is small as all I could get to work was a screen render. I eventually was able to render this "at size" and do a more extensive postwork treatment, as seen in my gallery

Rendered in DAZ Studio 3 with Mood Master assist in postwork (Photoshop).

Awesome! :D

Can I use it for a game, granting you credits, and an annual percentage as it turns commercial?

Please consider my offer :)

Awesome pic. I think that the best looking cyberpunk is the 80s and 90s inspired look, honestly.

hey...that's a cool character! And I like that dog too! (even his fur looks better this time! :) )
So ..are there plans to work more often with her (them)?...could be cool to see her (them) in more adventures.
Oh...and I am totally blown away from Stonemason's latest masterpiece of Urban sceneries. I am seriously thinking about ordering it.

That new Stonemason work is one of his best. You won't be disappointed... and you'll be missing out if you don't try it in DS. The fog camera is pretty cool!

She doesn't have a solid story in my head, yet... but she's got a foggy ghost of one. Enough that I'm sure it'll move me to more work with her at some point... and now her canine companion is part of the mythos :)

I guess I will add that set to my runtime. I just wait until October so I have something to place the monthly voucher, so I can get it for about 20 bucks...which is still enough for something where I'm not sure where to use it . You know that I'm not that big in outdoor-sceneries...:)

Really liking this. The two things that stand out are the dog's paws on her leg, real sweetness in a stark place, and second is the harshness of the sodium vapor streetlight overhead. Also lots of other light sources well used.

Much of cyberpunk seems so... outdated, now. But I still have a nostalgic romance for the genre. And it sure made for good gaming fodder.

Never got much into CyberPunk - perhaps I'm too optimistic. I have to say, however, that having been in China, I believe it may be the socioeconomic model of the future. Everyone has cool technology but there are no anti-pollution laws, zero labor protection, and so on. So, they give the masses widgets to keep them happy and then work them into an early grave. In all honesty, it's very much the Republican plan for America. Hope my kids can learn some Mandarin/Cantonese!

Well, that was cheerful...I think I'm going back to sleep now.

It's not all Urban Future 4. In fact very little of it it. ALl the things on poles, but that's it. But the set IS all Stonemason bits.

You won't be disappointed. Urban Future is seriously hot sh*t!!!!!
