Nebula Anomaly

The light cruiser U.S.S. Taranis approaches the recently discovered subspace flux anomaly in the Ru’Kap nebula after reports of what appears to be some sort of modulated emissions from the object. The density of the nebula has been known to limit sensor effectiveness so the Taranis is shadowed by two of its probes in an attempt to expand its effective sensor range.
