I love the beauty of the night-side of Earth reflecting it's afterglow on the surface of the ORION.

The Orion Clipper has always been one of my favorite ships. So elegant.

I love it.....
But...........
Is it suppose tobe sitting on its tail? Or is my PC having a laugh?

Well it's in orbit, so I'm not that "tail sitting" applies?

Beautiful work. I love the city lights lighting up the underbelly of the Orion and Pod. Boy, it'd be kind of handy to have a repair capability like the Space Pod in Earth orbit. Too bad no one ever thought of that...

They did! NASA's big whigs canceled it, along with all the other cool ideas the aerospace company/NASA engineers came up with. Sad really! The simplist kind of pressurized can with waldo's,(remote manipulation system) would be a great asset to the I.S.S. Assuming we aren't banned from it by Putin and his toadies.

Pan Am just doesn't have the funds they used to.
These things happen when you can't pay your maintenance crews.

Actually this bird's flying the USAA livery, if you look close ;)

Ah, see I couldn't really tell WHAT the livery was there.
It was Pan Am in the movie.

Orbital repair?  Did you break orbit again?  I would have thought by now you would have learned how *not* to do that?  ;)

At first, I thought the planet was the star field.  It was a bit, disconcerting... o.O
